WHY NOT BE NICE, LIKE AMERICA USED TO BE?
Right after WWll… I was in a DP camp and received food, candy, toiletries, clothes from America, everything was given to help us stay alive and nothing was asked for in return. Then was then and America was perceived by the world as the great good to humanity.
Today America has changed and the perception of America has changed. Instead of bringing food and aid we deliver bombs, drones and military intervention in our attempt to create democracies. We decide which leaders are bad and must be destroyed. No one asks us as to who are we to tell the world what to do?
Recently I saw a news story about the plight of people in Somalia. These people today are starving and suffering from a 10 year drought. The pictures of starving skeletal babies and children are truly horrific, so…what does America do to help them?
We, the supposed good people, Christians mostly bomb the hell out of a faction in Somalia we do not like in their civil war. We brag about killing 150 of the people we do not like of a particular faction.
If that was not enough in Somalia we then waste about a 100 million in an attack on a Syrian air base without asking ourselves the simplest question that Assad was the last person to have a motivation to use gas, the man is not crazy like some world leaders.
Imagine just for a moment if we could have used that 100 million wasted on that Syrian attack to send transports to Somalia filled with grain to feed the starving population. How many Somali men would then fight us after we save their families from death by bringing them food and not bombs.
Stop imagining the good we could do or should do and go back to the nightmare of America today, and our reality. Our government infected and controlled by a cabal of warmongering maggots empowered by the 1% that put them in office and so the maggots will pursue every war and confrontation it can dig up. They do this to create an impending vision of fear from some enemy in order to distract us from the fact that they are making huge war profits and we are left with less and less and should be silent and happy because they are keeping us safe.
